When receiving maintenance issues, you would want as much information and detail as possible from the reporting occupier. At times an issue may need a little more detail and this can be helped by photos or videos. As an agent, you have the ability to set whether you would like your unique Fixflo reporting page to have mandatory photos and videos.
This setting is enabled via Setup > Settings:
Once you've been taken to this page the first line you will see under Issue Settings will say Issue Submission, where it will say 'Require image/video'. Enable the setting as required, then scroll down and click 'Save':
This will force the submission/upload of a video/photo (or multiple) each time an occupier goes to report their maintenance issue.
