Setting Work Authorisation Limits For Landlords

You can preset your landlord's work authorisation limits on Fixflo. Once added this will pre-fill for any issue associated to that particular landlord.

Click on People > Landlords and search for the desired landlord. Once in, scroll down to where it says 'Works authorisation limit'. This is where you add this:

Once added, scroll down and press 'Save' to save this.

Going forward when you have an issue which you would like to progress which relates to a property associated with this landlord, the works authorisation limit will add for you when you are instructing works:
