There may be occasions where a contractor is also an occupier of one of your managed properties. Alternatively, agents may also wish to set themselves up as contractors or landlords for testing purposes.

In these cases, it is worth setting the relevant party up using the same email address under their relevant roles. If you use the same email address, the individual will be able to switch between user roles when logged into the Fixflo system.

To switch between profiles, a user can login as any profile and click their name at the top-left hand corner (shown above) which will display a drop-down list of all the profiles available to them:

Selecting another role won't log them out of the system - it'll just switch the profile.
