How Do I Add An Issue For A Vacant Property Or Unit?

If you've got a property that doesn't currently have any occupiers attached but you still need to report a maintenance issue there, you can do this easily through Fixflo via the Create issue option:

From there, use the option Without a reporting occupier.

This will take you through to your reporting page (also known as the fault tree), where you can select the fault that is relevant to your issue. When you get to the Occupier contact details section, it will appear as below:

From here, go ahead and complete the form as normal.
Alternatively, you can raise issues without occupiers via the Property/Unit profile itself, using the Actions button.
