How Occupiers Report Issues From A Mobile Device

Fixflo is cloud based so occupiers can report issues on any device. 

If they are reporting issues on a tablet or a mobile then it is recommended that they download Fixflo as a web app. The screenshots will show you the steps on an Android device, however the same applies for Apple devices.

This can easily be done by following the instruction below:

  • They need to go to your Fixflo URL on their device
  • We recommend they tap on Add to Home Screen.
  • This will open a page for them to choose how to name the icon. Once named they can simply tap on add.
  • Finally this will show a new icon on their home screen - allowing them to easily access this at any time to report maintenance issues over to you
