When an occupier is reporting an issue for a Block residence, they are able to differentiate between the various stakeholders that may be the one reporting:
Whether they're a tenant, owner/occupier or even a lettings agent doing a practice/mock issue or reporting on the behalf of someone else, when they get to the 'Address details' section, they can select their position from the options presented next to 'Do you own this property?'.
This information will be available to view on the issue PDF on all Fixflo systems. Please find an example below:
For clients using Fixflo Essentials or Professional, this will also determine the persona type linked to the maintenance issue.
