One of the best ways to ensure your occupiers report issues through your Fixflo site, is to get them to save your unique Fixflo site to the homescreen of their mobile phone. This will allow them to easily access your site just like any other app.

Instructions for iPhone

1. On your phone, go to your unique Fixflo address (www.example.fixflo.com) using the Safari browser app.

2. Click the icon shown in the image below.

3. Click on 'Add to home screen'.

4. You will be given the option to name what appears on your Homescreen. Then tap 'Add'. 

5. A Fixflo button will now appear on your home screen. This will be branded to your agency and is an easy way for your occupiers to use Fixlo.
