One of the best ways to ensure your occupiers report issues through your Fixflo site, is to get them to save your unique Fixflo site to the homescreen of their mobile phone. This will allow them to easily access your site just like any other app.

Instructions for Android

1. On their phone, they will need to go to your unique Fixflo address (www.example.fixflo.com) using Google Chrome.

2. They will need to click on the three dots to open more option, depending on the phone it can be in the bottom right corner or the top right corner:

3. Next they will need to click on 'Add page to' and choose 'Home screen':

3. They will be given the option to name what appears on your home screen. They can tap 'Add'.
