In order to get the most value out of Fixflo, it's important to let your leaseholders know you are going to be using a new software to manage your repair and maintenance requests. This is why we strongly suggest that you import leaseholder data.
Once the data is in your system, we recommend sending them a welcome email when you are ready to go live. You can review this via Setup > Content edit > Email - Welcome Leaseholder:
Here you can see what the email looks like, and you can make any changes you'd like. Please make sure to press Save once you're finished editing!
Once you are ready to send this welcome email to all your leaseholders, simply let you Onboarding Manager know, and they can bulk email these users for you.
