Adding a Leaseholder to a number of units is a very simple process and can be done by following the steps below.
Firstly you will need to go to the Leaseholder profile. To do this you will need to go to 'People' on your left hand menu sidebar and select 'Leaseholders' from the drop-down menu and then search for the Leaseholder you are looking for.
Once you have found the chosen Leaseholder, you will need to go into the profile and select the 'Units' tab toward the top of the page.
You will then be given the option to add a unit to a Leaseholder's profile. All you will need to do is search for the units that you wish to add to the Leaseholder in the unit address search bar:
When you're done adding the addresses, you should then see a list of the units under the Leaseholder's name.:
