If you no longer use one of your contractors and you need to remove them from your system, you can simply archive them. This means that:
- They can no longer access your Fixflo account
- They will no longer receive any Fixflo related emails
To do this, simply go to your list of Contractors under 'People':
Select the Contractor you wish you lock out. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and use the 'Archive' button as required:
