How Do I Add Notes To A Property?

This feature is designed to help agents note down and save any details relating to the property for quick reference. Examples could include whether gas runs through the property, or whether it is covered by British Gas HomeCare.

Click on the Properties (or Units) menu item and select the property profile you'd like to leave a note against.

Click on the Property notes button displayed in the 'Detail' tab:


Enter the notes in the popup that is displayed, then click Save:

The property note will appear clearly in the address profile as shown below:

This property note will also be highlighted to you beside the Next Steps tab whenever a new issue is raised at the property. 

If you have any additional information that you would like to add to the property notes, you are able to edit/add this information directly from the issue! To do this, you will simply have to click the note, and the same pop up that appears on the property page will show, allowing you to make changes or add any new information.

Please note that landlords, occupiers and contractors are not able to see property notes. These notes are only visible to agents.
