This feature is designed to help agents note down and save any details relating to the property for quick reference. Examples could include whether gas runs through the property, or whether it is covered by British Gas HomeCare.
Click on the Properties (or Units) menu item and select the property profile you'd like to leave a note against.
Click on the Property notes button displayed in the 'Detail' tab:
Enter the notes in the popup that is displayed and click on Save:
The property note will appear clearly in the address profile as shown below:
This property note will also be highlighted to you whenever a new issue is raised at the property:
Note that these property notes are only visible to agents.
