If you wish to reassign an already assigned issue to a different contractor, you can do so following these simple steps.

Firstly, find the issue you want to amend, and click into it; this will take you to the Next steps tab. You can either use the Actions tab and select Cancel job, or you can select Cancel job from the Agent actions:

Once you select one of these options, you will be presented with an Are you sure? popup. You have the option to send an email notification to the contractor letting them know their job has been cancelled, or to cancel the job with no email:

You can then use the workflows to Request quotations and send the request to other contractor profiles, or use Instruct works to directly assign the job to a contractor without requesting quotes:
