It's important that - as agents - you understand how the contractor side of Fixflo works. This guide is aimed to educate you on the differences between the contractor app and the web version of the contractor system; this will help you troubleshoot any questions that your contractors may throw at you!
The web version of contractor profiles provides contractors full functionality. The contractor app allows contractors to manage their jobs while out and about, including sending comments and marking jobs as complete. However, the app functionality does not exactly mirror the web version; so what are the differences?
