It's important that - as agents - you understand how the contractor side of Fixflo works. This guide is aimed to educate you on the Contractor App and its functionality.

Fixflo Contractor App

The Contractor App is a great way for contractors to stay up to date on any issues that have been assigned to them, as well as allowing them to mark jobs as complete in real-time. 

If you have a contractor profile, you can download and test the Fixflo app from the iOS or Android store. This allows you and your contractors to stop relying on email notifications, and instead have instant app notifications straight to their phone when they're in the field:

Once your test contractor profile is set up with an email address and password, you will be able to open the app and log right in:

Once you're logged in, you will be able to see the app dashboard. Here, there are various tile options for various functions, and the dashboard can be customised. 

The dashboard is laid out simply, so the user can see how many notifications/jobs there are in each stage of the job process.
