There may be occasions where an occupier moves out of a property managed by your agency, into another property managed by you.
When this happens, it is advisable that you edit the profile that the occupier is attached to, so that they can report issues at the correct property moving forward. This is simple and straightforward to do!
First of all, find the occupier profile in question via People > Occupiers. Next, scroll to the bottom, open the Address section and remove the old address:
Then simply add the new address in this section and hit save! If the address is already in your system, they will join any other occupiers at the property. If the address is not recognised, it will create a new property profile.
Please note: If the occupier reports a maintenance issue at the new address without you having amended it first, their profile will automatically update to the new address. This will not affect any historical data.
