There may be occasions where you wish to note that a single occupier profile exists at multiple of your managed properties/units. For example, the occupier may be a business, and that business may reside in more than one commercial unit.
As a standard setting within Fixflo, a single 'Occupier' profile can only reside in one location. Similarly, the email address used for the profile can only be used once.
However, should you wish to use the same email address for more than one occupier profile, this is indeed possible. When creating the first occupier profile, ensure that you apply a unique external reference against their profile; for example, you may want this to be a combination of their name plus the property:
When you then want to create this occupier and link them to another property, simply add their details again and use another unique reference. This will allow you to create a second profile linked to the same email address:
