There may be instances where you need more than one contractor to attend an issue at a property. Currently, it is not possible to instruct works to more than one contractor on the same issue.
However, if you use the Actions button on the issue, you will be able to use the Duplicate issue option instead:
The system will give you a prompt to ensure you meant to duplicate, and in here you can see that the issue description, photos, occupier and landlord details will all be copied, whereas any contractors/quotes will be omitted:
Please note, any comments on the issue will not duplicate over.
The duplicated issue will be easily access on the 'Related' tab, under the 'Linked issues' section:
This will give you the opportunity to send one issue to one contractor and the other to another contractor.
