Sending comments to occupiers, landlords, and contractors is often useful. It is just as helpful to be able to send comments to your colleagues on an issue:

With your colleagues, their name won't appear in the drop down when you originally click on it, but searching for another agent's name will cause them to appear and you'll be able to select them:

This is a really useful form of in-house communication. Any comments you send to your colleagues will come through with an email notification alerting them, and it will remain on your 'Comments' tab with a time and date stamp so that all agents can see this.
