You can use the 'Comments' tab to all parties involved with an issue. This is the best way to communicate regarding an issue as it will centralise all communication for an issue under one roof.

Within an issue the 'Comments' tab will also allow you to send a message to all directors and all leaseholders. 

The issue must be communal to allow you to do this. 

To send a comment to all directors/leaseholders click into an issue and click on the 'Comments' tab. 

On the dropdown available you will need to choose either 'All leaseholders' or 'All directors', type your message and attach documents if you wish, and then click 'Send'. 

Please note, you can also select both recipient groups if required.
