The 'Comments' tab is a great place for you to post/see updates on their issues, as well as send messages to all parties regarding the issues, and we've added the ability to add attachments here so you'll be able to add documents to your comments for people to see.

There are two options here:

1. To upload a new document
2. To attach a document from the issue

1. To upload a new document

This allows you to upload a new document which is not yet anywhere on the issue. 

To do this please click nto the issue and click on the 'Comments' tab where you will see an attachment button next to where you enter your message: 


Clicking on this button, the system will ask if you'd like to upload a new file, or attach one that already exists on the issue; select 'Upload': 


This will open up a window to your drive where you will be able to attach a document that you have saved on your device:

Once you have selected the chosen file and clicked on 'Open' that file will then be attached to the comment you send or post:

2. To attach a document from the issue

This allows you to attach an existing document on the issue to a comment. This is especially handy for sending documents that occupiers attached to the initial report to another party. 

To do this please click into the issue and then on the 'Comments' tab where you will see an attachment button next to where you enter your message: 

Clicking on this button, the system will ask if you'd like to upload a new file, or attach one that already exists on the issue; select 'Attach from issue': 


This will create a pop up displaying all of the documents already added to this issue and you will need to select which document(s) you would like to add using the check box on the left hand side of the document and then click on 'Attach'.
