Private notes are an important feature of Fixflo Essentials and Professional.This is the best way to keep a log of any interactions that may have occurred outside of the system, for example phone calls or face-to-face conversations.

You can leave a private note within an issue on the Comments tab, allowing all communication to be kept in one simple place. Simply select the Private note toggle so it turns green, and enter your note in the box provided:


Toggling this on will remove the option to select a recipient; this is because private notes can not be directed at anybody.

Private notes can only been seen by agent profiles, and will always appear on a lined background. They are a great way of allowing all agents within the company full transparency of what is going on within the particular issue:
