How To Deactivate A Property

If you need to remove a property from your property list, this can be easily done!

Simply click on 'Properties' and then search for the desired property. Click into that property and you will find an 'Actions' button at the top of the page, to the right-hand side of the property address:

When you click on 'Actionsdrop-down', a drop down menu will appear. At the bottom of that drop-down down you will see 'Deactivate property':

Once you've selected 'Deactivate property', the system will pop up with a notice, asking if you're certain about deactivating this property (make sure you're certain before clicking 'Deactivate'):

You will be able to differentiate between a landlord's active and deactivated properties within their profile:
