If you have an integration, please first check whether the property has been deactivated by the integration sync. If so, the data will need to be checked in your PMS/CRM, as that is the source of truth for your data.
How To Find A Deactivated Property
If you click on Properties you can view a list of your properties on the system. This is showing you a list of your active properties only.
If you click on the arrow on the right hand side of the search bar, it will open up a number of filters to help you search for particular properties:
One of these filters is 'Is property active'. This will always be set to 'Active or recently archived':
You will want to change this to 'Archived only' or 'All' and then press 'Search':
This will then show you a list of your deactivated properties only.
How To Reactivate A Deactivated Property
If you would like to reactivate a deactivated property, you will need to click into the desired property from the list of deactivated properties.
At the top of the screen there will be a note to say that this property is deactivated and cannot be edited. There will be a part you can click on to reactivate the property:
Once you have clicked on 'Click here to reactivate it', you will be shown a pop up and you will need to click 'Activate'. The property will be activated again and appear on your 'Active' list.
