How To Notify All Occupiers When a Service Event Issue is Raised

If you have multiple occupiers at a property, you can set up a Co-pilot rule to notify all of them, rather than just the 'reporting occupier', when an issue is raised from a service event.  


You will first need to make sure that the occupier is added to the issue in the service event template. 





You will then need to go to Co-pilot and set up a new rule with a filter for 'Issue type'. From here you will need to select 'Planned':



Then select the action 'Notify' and 'All occupiers'. You can then add any text you wish:



For Block and BTR agencies, this will only apply to service events at unit level.


As with any Co-pilot rule, check the rule is correct and tick 'Rule is enabled'.
