Once the contractor has completed their work, the agent or contractor can upload appliance warranties, certificates or other completion documents and mark the job as completed. If a certificate is uploaded, the contractor can also provide an expiry date. The tenant, landlord, contractor and agent can see these documents. 

To upload the certificate document:

1. Log in and then go to Planned Maintenance > Service Events and search the address or template name you would like to choose:

2. Once you've selected the event go to the 'Completion' section and click on the 'Certificate documents' icon to upload the document:

3. Once a certificate is uploaded, a modal will appear allowing you to enter the relevant start and expiry dates. In addition, you can decide here whether the certificate itself is accessible to view as other user types associated to the property:
