Our Planned Maintenance feature is only available to clients who use Fixflo Professional.
Planned Maintenance helps you to manage the proactive side of maintenance alongside your reactive repair maintenance, keeping on top of statutory - and non-statutory - requirements.
The feature helps you in the following ways:
- Add and manage all of your service events such as gas safety checks, electrical checks, chimney sweeps, set the contractor or agent responsible for the task as well as the due date. Set and forget - the works will be instructed at the right time.
- Property documents - Upload and store necessary certificates or other documents for each property and then specify when documents or certificates expire.
- Reminders - It is easy to track what service events are coming up, which ones have been completed and need an agent to review completion details, and which ones are overdue and have not been completed.
- Compliance Matrix - Keep track of whether your properties are compliant or not based on the service events that need to be carried out.
