The compliance matrix provides you with a visual oversight of the planned maintenance service events that are set up in your system. It's a really useful page that provides you with easily digestible information at-a-glance.

To view your compliance matrix, click via Planned Maintenance > Compliance matrix (BTR will have two separate matrixes). As a standard setting, this will show you your property profiles which have service events set up against them only, and has the option to look between pages of these properties.

Data is provided in a colour-coded system, with a red square indicating that the service event is not currently compliant:

Green circles reflect compliant service events. If you have multiple service event series' against your properties, you can easily view a compliant percentage on a per-property basis. 

The total compliance of the service event will also show at the top of the page, and this takes into account all of the service events set up within your system, not just the ones displayed on this page: 

Alternatively, you may wish to use the drop-down search filters to amend the view of your compliance matrix. Simply click the arrow button to open the filters, and decide which you'd like to use. For example, you may want to filter to view a specific property, or a portfolio owned by a specific landlord. Alternatively, you may wish to filter only by statutory requirements, and prioritise these before other planned works such as gardening:

Apply your filters as desired, and hit search to see the results.

The Compliance Matrix can also be filtered by the various states of compliance within Fixflo, so you the agent can report and filter your events with more relevant information:

In addition, you can filter the compliance matrix by assigned agent or team of the property. From a manager perspective, this allows you to drill down into the data and target individuals/teams on their KPIs. From an end user perspective, this is useful to provide an overview of compliance at your properties only!

As with a lot of data in Fixflo, you can easily export this information to a CSV Excel file (you can choose whether to export all pages of the Compliance Matrix, or just the page you are on) or print it, for reporting purposes:

The compliance matrix also allows agents to filter your compliance matrix with your event templates to show the ones that are attached to properties/buildings and those that are not:
