The compliance matrix provides you with a visual oversight of the planned maintenance service events which are set up in your system. With the compliance summary you will get a clear and simple view of your building and unit-level compliance across buildings so that you can easily understand your entire compliance picture.

This will be beneficial for directors or managers who wish to filter buildings by the estate or property manager and understand how compliant the buildings are both on a unit level and by the building level service programmes.

To view the Compliance Summary you will need to go to the left hand side of the screen and click on 'Planned Maintenance' > 'Compliance Summary'. You will be taken to a page that displays your blocks/buildings and units/properties and their level of compliance as well if they have any pending service events. Additionally, you can see that the Compliance Summary is split into 'All' service events and 'Statutory' events as seen below:

You have the ability to filter out the Compliance Summary towards the top of the page. By clicking on the grey dropdown beside the magnifying glass you can now filter the Compliance Summary by the block, estate and block manager:

Once you have selected your options, hit the search button and your Compliance Summary will be filtered out.

If you want to have a view of your unit and block compliances you can always click on the 'Block' or 'Unit/Property'  buttons at the top of the Compliance Summary and this will take you to your building or unit Compliance Matrix.

For example if you were to click on the block hyperlink this will take you to your block Compliance Matrix. Once on the block or unit Compliance Matrix similarly to how you are able to filter on the Compliance Summary, you can filter the Compliance Matrix down to which estate the service event is attached to, the block compliance state, the landlord as well as the block manager. Below is an example of this:

If we go back to the Compliance Summary, you can see that the Compliance Summary shows whether you are Compliant, Non-Compliant and any service events which are pending. If you click through these numbers you will be able to see the service event series, the frequency which the service event occurs, whether the series is statutory as well as the date the series ends (if at all):

As part of our Contractor Marketplace service, we have partnered with contractor networks that can perform different service events for your agency, helping you stay compliant. Please find more information in this guide.
