If you would like to amend the issue owner on future service events you can do this as a bulk action, saving you time.

This can only be done on service events at the status 'Pending'.

To do this click on 'Planned maintenance' on your left hand menu sidebar and then select 'Service events':

From here you can use the classic dropdown filter which sits on the right hand side of the search bar to narrow down your search:

There is the option here to filter by 'Assigned agent'. This may help you if you want to move all pending service events from one assigned agent to another.

Once you are happy with your filters you can click on the search icon.

Next to the number of results you can see an 'Options' button.

By clicking here you will see a dropdown appear and you can click on 'Bulk assign issue owner':

Once you have selected this, you can either select 'All results' or go through one by one and choose the service events you would like to bulk reassign to another issue owner:

Once you are happy with your selection, click on 'Assign owner' on the right hand side of the screen:

You can now select an issue owner from the dropdown available:

Once saved all future service events will be assigned to this agent when an issue is created and it will be up to them to resolve that issue using the Fixflo workflows.

As part of our Contractor Marketplace service, we have partnered with contractor networks that can perform different service events for your agency, helping you stay compliant. Please find more information in this guide.
