If you would like to amend the service event reviewer on service events or remove the need for review altogether you can do this as a bulk action, to save you time. 

To do this click on 'Planned maintenance' on your left hand menu sidebar and then select 'Service events':

From here you can use the classic dropdown filter which sits on the right hand side of the search bar to narrow down your search: 

There is the option here to filter by 'Service event reviewer'. This may help you if you want to move all service events from one service event reviewer to another. 

Once you are happy with your filters you can click on the search icon. 

Next to the number of results you can see an 'Options' button.

By clicking here you will see a dropdown appear and you can click on 'Bulk amend requires review':

Once you have selected this, you can either select 'All results' or go through one by one and choose the service events you would like to bulk reassign to another reviewer:

Once you are happy with your selection, click on 'Amend requires review' on the right hand side of the screen:

You can now select a reviewer from the dropdown available: 

Once saved, all service events at the status 'Awaiting review' will be assigned to that agent for review.

You can also remove the need for the service events to be reviewed altogether by clicking on 'No' :

Don't forget to hit Save.
