If you are no longer in touch with one of your landlords and you need to remove them from your system, you can simply archive them. This means that:

• They can no longer access your Fixflo account
• They will no longer receive any Fixflo related emails

To do this, simply go to your list of Landlords under 'People':

Select the landlord you wish you archive. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and hit the Archive button (you can always unarchive them in the future if required):
