We understand that you may have clients (landlords) who own multiple businesses. Often when this is the case, the landlord will have a different email address for each business.
To assist in these instances, Fixflo has built the ability to use the same landlord email address for multiple profiles. In order to do this, a unique external reference must be used on both profiles:
We recommend ensuring each profile has the relevant company name filled out.
If you are importing this data (refer to our import guides for full details), then you can add the external reference into the relevant column in order to create these distinct landlord profiles. For example, the below screenshot shows 'Company X' and their two properties, as well as 'Company Y' and their property - all using the same email address:
