You may want to give some of your agents partial or limited access to your Fixflo system. Please review this guide on 'User Roles and Permissions' for more information about how this feature works.

In order to create a role that serves as Read Only, go to People > User Roles:

Click Add new role:

You can then call it Read Only, give it a description and leave all permissions unchecked. Then press Save:

You will then be able to apply this role to the relevant agents by going to People > Agents > Agent Profile > Role:

If a user with a Read Only role looks at an issue you will see below that all actions are greyed out so they can view the details, comment and audit history about the issue, but not progress the issue at all.

All user and property records will also be greyed out and non editable for this user role:
