How Can I Tell If An Issue Has Been Reported In Another Language?

Modified on Tue, 14 Apr, 2020 at 4:51 PM

Occupiers can report maintenance issues in over 40 different languages in Fixflo, allowing them to provide as much information as possible in their mother tongue.
The issue is then translated into English for the agency, removing any language barriers which may have previously been present.

It is important to note that the occupier must amend the language first in order for this translation to work. You are able to click into the Detail tab of an issue and view the original text, as well as the translated text:

This information is also available on the issue PDF.
