There are occasions when - after attending a property and completing a job - a contractor will realise that further works need to be carried out on site. We have functionality in place for contractors to be able to do this, and we also make it clear within the system so you can tell if/when further works have been quoted for by the contractor.
If the contractor uses this workflow, they will be able to provide a quote straight away for the extra works. Once they've done this, a new issue will be created, in the status 'Request for quotes ended'. This new issue will automatically be linked to the previous one and marked as 'Further works'
