How To Add A New Occupier To Your Fixflo Site

You can easily add a new occupier to your Fixflo site by clicking on 'People' > 'Occupiers' on your left hand menu side bar. 

At the top of the screen you will see a 'Add new occupier' button: 

Simply click on 'Add new occupier' where you will need to fill in their title, their first name, surname and their address. 

To ensure that they receive a welcome email, please add their email address in the 'Email address' field as well.

The welcome email which occupiers receive can be viewed and edited by clicking on 'Setup' > 'Content edit'. 

You will need Administrator rights to be able to do this. 

You will want to remain in the 'Content' tab and scroll down to find 'Email - Welcome Occupier': 

You can click into this email to view and edit it, if you wish.
