Click here to enrol for a free course on planned maintenance
Quite similar to how when an occupier reports an issue on Fixflo, a contractor has the ability to set appointment times on planned maintenance services that do not have a reporting occupier but instead associated occupiers. Associated occupiers are different from the reporting occupier in that they did not raise the issue but still live at the property.
For the associated occupiers to receive an appointment reminder the contractor would first need to set an appointment for the planned works. You can either do this yourselves by clicking on the contractor in the next steps tab and taking action on their behalf by selecting 'Set appointment date' or you can allow the contractor to select the time themselves.

What The Occupiers Sees When The Appointment Reminder Email Is Sent
A day before the appointment, the occupier will receive an email reminding them that they have an appointment at their property, as well as information on whether the occupier has chosen to be present during the works. Below will be the email an occupier would receive for the appointment at their property (the difference will be that your unique agency branding will be shown instead of the Fixflo logo):
You can edit the content of this email notification by going into Setup > Content edit > Email - Issue - Site visit reminder.
Don't forget to hit save once you're happy with the changes.
