It is possible to mark a contractor as a favourite in Fixflo, so that they appear at the top of your contractor list when requesting quotes or instructing works. You can either make them a favourite for your entire Fixflo system, or you can mark individual contractors as being favourites for specific landlords.

Landlord favourite
To make a contractor a favourite for a specific landlord, simply click via People > Landlords and into the landlord profile. Here, click into the Favourite contractors tab, search for the contractor(s) and add them as desired:

Once this is in place, the contractor(s) will appear at the top of your list when instructing or requesting quotes, with a ribbon icon indicating that they're a landlord favourite:

Agency favourite
To mark a contractor as an agency favourite, click via People > Contractors. Simply select the ribbon next to their name so that it turns grey:

This will flag them as an agency favourite, so they will handily appear at the top of your list when requesting quotes or instructing works.
