It is important that you and any of your users receive all Fixflo emails and that nothing goes into a 'Spam' folder.
We recommend allow-listing the Fixflo email domain so that you have no doubts that emails are being received. (This just means marking our domain as a sender that you trust so our emails don't go into spam).
If you or your colleagues aren't receiving any system notifications from Fixflo, it probably means that they are being stopped by a spam filter.
Once you mark [email protected] as a safe sender you will receive all email notifications.
First Step
If you do not see an email from Fixflo in your inbox, the email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. Please open your spam folder look for it there, open it and mark it as 'not spam'.
Second Step
Either way, we recommend allow-listing [email protected] so that you can make sure you get all correspondence from the system.
You can find out how to allow-list your specific email provider by clicking through this link here.
The above information applies specifically to emails sent from within the Fixflo application. (It does not apply to business or marketing emails).
If you continue to have issues with this please contact our support team for further assistance.
