Our mission is to provide you with a smart repair reporting interface and a full works order system to make managing your repairs and maintenance as easy as possible. To help you get the most out of your Fixflo account please see our top tips below:
1. Basic Setup
We want to make getting started as easy as possible for you! Please see the below outline for the key tasks you need to complete to get up and running:
- Add your logo and colour scheme
- Add your office number & email signature
- Add your notification email addresses
- Allow-list no-reply@fixflo.com (please do this to ensure you receive all Fixflo notifications)
2. Import Your Data
In order to go live with your Fixflo system, we need to import some key information from you, namely your:
- Properties
- Landlord details
- Contractor details
- Occupier details
This will require you to export the information from either your Property Management system that you use or a CRM/database where you store these details. Of course, you may have this information in spreadsheet form already.
Please click here for more information about how you can import your data onto Fixflo.
3. Book onto a webinar
To become a Fixflo Pro, we recommend booking our training webinars. These run every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am; where a Fixflo expert will go through a high-level overview of the system with you. The webinar will run for around 50 minutes. This session gives you a chance to ask any questions that you have too! Please find the webinar agenda below:
- An introduction to the occupier side of the Fixflo system
- The Fixflo Dashboard
- How to create an issue on behalf of an occupier
- The 'Next Step' tab and an example of a works flow
- Q&A at the end of the webinar
Feel free to register for one of our upcoming sessions here. You can register any of your colleagues for a training session too!
