Fixflo's Contractor Marketplace allows you to access thousands of vetted engineers to resolve: 

• Out of hours emergency repairs 
• Planned maintenance (Fixflo Professional and Manager only)
• Reactive maintenance 
• Video maintenance

All of our contractors have fixed rate cards and are fully trained to use Fixflo on every single job. 

How to get started

To get started, log in to your Fixflo account. In the left-hand sidebar menu, you’ll see the Contractor Marketplace option, listed as the second item. Clicking this will take you to a section where you can explore more about the marketplace and start configuring your setup.

To activate your access to the Contractor Marketplace, scroll to the bottom of the page, select the options you're interested in, and submit your request. After you’ve submitted, a member of our team will contact you within one business day to provide direct assistance, guiding you through the setup process and helping you start instructing jobs within the marketplace.

Please note even if you’re on the Fixflo Basic plan, you’ll have access to the same information as those using the Professional, Essentials, and Manager packages. This allows all users, regardless of plan type, to gain insight into the features and benefits of the Contractor Marketplace.
