Fixflo integrates with ServiceM8 so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed into ServiceM8 and quotes, jobs and invoices progressed in ServiceM8 will update in Fixflo automatically. Jobs and invoices progressed in ServiceM8 will update in Fixflo automatically. This allows jobs assigned in Fixflo to sync directly to your ServiceM8 dashboard with all the info you need to quote and schedule!

Issue Syncing:
The sync frequency between ServiceM8 and Fixflo is instant. Any time data is changed in either ServiceM8 or Fixflo, you will see the system update straight away.
When a quote has been requested for a new job in Fixflo, a Quote Job will appear in ServiceM8.

Once you submit the quote in ServiceM8, the Fixflo status will be moved to ‘Quote awaiting approval’, ready to be reviewed by an agent.
When a job is instructed to a contractor in Fixflo, a Works Order will appear in ServiceM8 under the correct Client (Agency), and Site (property), along with a clear, combined description, and any files or photos.


You can then drag the job to the ServiceM8 scheduler, which will sync across the correct date & time to Fixflo.

If a tenant or agent declines the job in Fixflo, the appointment will then be marked as Cancelled within ServiceM8 for you to rebook.
If you mark the job as ‘Unsuccessful’ in ServiceM8, the Fixflo status will be moved to ‘Job declined’.

Once you have completed the job in ServiceM8, the Fixflo status will be moved to ‘Job completed’. If you didn’t provide a quote, this is when you will submit costs in ServiceM8.
