Fixflo integrates with ServiceM8 so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed into ServiceM8. This allows jobs assigned in Fixflo to sync directly to your ServiceM8 dashboard with all the info you need to quote and schedule!

Setting up the integration:

Integrating Fixflo with ServiceM8 is a straightforward and user-friendly process.

Step 1: Creating & Sending API Key

You will need to provide an API Key from your ServiceM8 account. Please log in to ServiceM8 > Navigate to Settings > Click on the API Key icon:

Select Add API Key (green button at the top right):

Name the API Key – e.g., use your company or contractor name > Set API Key Type to Full Access and click Create:

Please note:
• Make a note of the key and save it securely.
• This is the only time the key will be shown. If lost, you will need to create a new
one.

Step 2: Selecting Staff Email for Quoting

You must choose a staff member’s email address from ServiceM8 to receive quote requests.

In ServiceM8, go to Settings > Staff:

Review the staff list and select the email address of the person who will handle quotes. This email will be set as the primary email account on Fixflo.

During the quoting process, a job will be created and an email will be sent to this user with a checklist item.

Information to Provide to Fixflo:

Please send a copy of the API Key code (full access) and the chosen staff email address for quoting to the Fixflo Support Team (support@fixflo.com).
