Fixflo integrates with Spike so that the residents at your developments can raise maintenance issues from within their app via the 'Submit a Defect' tile. When the resident selects this, Fixflo will open up within their app via an iFrame plugin, pre-populating the following information:

- Name of resident
- Email address
- Full address of the resident

Once they follow the steps, the issue will be created in Fixflo.

Setting up the integration

To configure the integration, please contact Spike's support and provide them with your Fixflo URL (e.g. https://companyname.fixflo.com/) and their team will set it up for you.
