It can often be useful to be able to download a list of all (or some) or your issues to access outside of the Fixflo system as and when desired. 

If you ever need to export your issues to a CSV (Excel) or PDF format, you can do this easily from the 'Issues' tab under 'Issue search' from your side menu. 

In order to get all your issues, historical and present, you need to set your search parameters from 'Is open - Yes' to 'Any': 

Once you've done this, hit the search button again to get a full list of your issues. From there, use 'Options' and then either 'Export to CSV' or 'Export to PDF' depending on which format you're after: 

This will straight away download the data to your desired format.
