Exporting Your Issues

Click on ‘Issues’ > ‘Issue search’:

This is where you can find all of your issues. This will default to showing all of your open issues. If you would like to search for all of your issues which have ever come through on Fixflo (open or closed issues) please change the ‘Is open’ drop down from ‘Yes’ to ‘Any’:

All of your issues which were ever reported on your Fixflo system are now listed. 

You can narrow your search down further if you wish to by clicking on the arrow next to the search bar to open up a number of different filters:

To export your information click on ‘Options’ and at the bottom of the dropdown you can either export the the information to either a PDF document or a CSV document (Excel):

If you need to export any of the audit trails for any issues this needs to be done on a per issue basis. 

Click into the issue you would like to get the audit trail for and click on ‘Actions’ in the top right hand side of the screen. Click on ‘Full Audit version’:

This will then create the document and email it out to you. It will include:

  • The issue number

  • The issue status

  • All of the details about what was reported

  • Any photos

  • Any quote details (if applicable) 

  • Any of the job details (if applicable) 

  • Completion documents (if applicable)

  • Comments (if applicable) 

  • Audit history

  • Time and date stamped

Exporting Your Landlord Details

Click on ‘People’ > ‘Landlords’:

 You can click on ‘Options’ next to ‘Results’ where you can export all of this information onto a CSV (Excel) document or a PDF document:


Exporting Issues Linked To A Landlord

If you would like to export the issues which are associated to a specific landlord click on ‘People’ > ‘Landlords’ and choose the desired Landlord. You can then choose between the tabs ‘Awaiting landlord completion’, ‘Landlord tasks to do’, ‘In progress’, ‘Completed’ and 'Reported':

 Once you are in a tab you can export the information by clicking on ‘Options’ and exporting all of this information onto a CSV (Excel) document or a PDF document:

Exporting Your Contractor Details

Click on ‘People’ > ‘Contractors’:

You can click on ‘Options’ next to ‘Results’ where you can export all of this information onto a CSV (Excel) document or a PDF document:

Exporting Issues Linked To A Contractor

If you would like to export the issues which are associated to a specific contractor click on ‘People’ > ‘Contractors’ and choose the desired Contractor. You can then click on ‘Issues’ where you will have the option of ‘Awaiting completion’, ‘Tasks to do’, ‘Quotes pending review’, ‘Completed’ or 'Reported':

Once you have selected a tab you can export the information by clicking on ‘Options’ and exporting all of this information onto a CSV (Excel) document or a PDF document:

Exporting Your External User Details

Click on ‘People’ > ‘External Users’:

 You can click on ‘Options’ next to ‘Results’ where you can export all of this information onto a CSV (Excel) document or a PDF document:

Exporting Your Agent Details

Click on ‘People’ > ‘Agents’. You can click on ‘Options’ next to ‘Results’ where you can export all of this information onto a CSV (Excel) document or a PDF document:


Exporting Issues Assigned To An Agent


If you would like to export issues assigned to a particular Agent you will need to click on 'Issues' > 'Issue search':

Next to the 'Search' bar there is a drop down arrow. You will want to click on this to open up a number of filters:

You will want to choose an Agent from the drop down 'Assigned to agent'. Remember this is searching for the open issues. If you would like both open and closed issues, or just your closed issues then you will need to change this on the 'Is open' drop down (this is located at the top of the drop down options):

Once you are happy with your search you can export the information by clicking on ‘Options’ and exporting all of this information onto a CSV (Excel) document or a PDF document:

Exporting Your Properties

Click on ‘Properties’ which will bring you to a page with all of your properties. You can filter out this search by clicking on the downward pointing arrow to open up a number of filters:

A good use case example of when you may want to use this is when you would like to change your search from 'Active' properties to 'Deactivated' properties or if you are searching for properties assigned to a particular Agent or team.

Once you are happy with your search you can click on ‘Options’ where you can export all of this information onto a CSV (Excel) document or a PDF document:


Exporting Property/Building Documents

To export all (or filter as required) documentation at a Property or Block level, navigate to the relevant property type and click on the 'Documents' tab. 

From here, use the ‘Options’ button > 'Bulk download'. Select the file(s) you wish to download, and use the button on the right-hand side. This will generate an email to be triggered to you, housing the file(s) in a Zip folder:
