The issue status is displayed on the top left-hand corner of the issue detail screen for every issue. This status quickly tells you how far the issue has been progressed through your workflow:

The detailed state of an issue is described within the 'Next Steps' tab, but the issue status is useful to categorise issues. As actions are completed, the issue status is automatically updated.

When an issue status changes, the issue's reminder date will also be updated. The new reminder date depends on the new status of the issue, but may be manually overridden when desired (click here for a guide on this).

You are able to view all of the issue statuses - as well as identify any issues that require your action - via a dashboard panel titled 'Issues requiring action, by status'

Simply hover over or click into each colour icon, and the system will tell you which issue status it refers to.
