What happens if an occupier changes their contact details?

Each time an occupier reports an issue on Fixflo they will be asked for their contact details. This includes their first name, surname, email address, telephone number and address. 

If an occupier who already exists on your Fixflo site reports a new issue with different details to what you have saved, then these will automatically update within your Fixflo site. 

So for example if their telephone number is different, then this will automatically update within their occupier profile with the new one. This will help to keep your records up to date.
