One of the main benefits of using Fixflo for occupiers is the fact that you have your own account, login and can see all of the repair and maintenance requests you have logged.

To do this, you need to go to your agencies Fixflo site (usually and press the 'Sign in' button.

You will then need to enter your email and the password set thanks to the welcome email send by your agency and then press 'Log in'.

As a occupier you can then log issues straight from your Fixflo account:

You can also view all issues that are currently in progress at your property, and all past maintenance issues you have logged:

You can click into any issue and liaise with your property manager directly and receive updates back through Fixflo:
